McMenamin's Spar Café
A part of the beloved McMenamins restaurant and hotel group, McMenamin’s Spar Café is a delightful escape into the past! Originally a blue-collar joint for dockworkers and loggers, the modern interpretation is a gathering spot for any history buff. Even the beer is historic! All beers onsite are brewed with water harvested from the 3,330 year old artesian well that gave life to the original Olympia Brewing Co. Little ones enjoy bites from the Kid’s menu including the Buckaroo Bowl or a Pocket Hercules Burger! Yum!

Be on the lookout for limited-time collaborations with local partners like Hama Hama Oysters. From pimento cheese dip and avocado fries to beer cheese soup and a jalapeno jam burger, there’s something for everyone. Families can enjoy the kid’s menu with favorites like freshly squeezed lemonade, finger-licking fry sauce or peanut butter and jelly, best enjoyed on the patio.
Well 80 Brewhouse
Sitting atop one of Olympia’s famous artesian wells, Well 80 Brewhouse utilizes those very waters for its in-house ales and lagers. The brewery recently launched “Leopold’s #1 Lager,” a scaled version of the first batch of beer from Olympia Brewing Co. Founder Leopold Schmidt. Wash down the iconic brew with hand-tossed pizzas, burgers and sandwiches. Children 11 and under enjoy a dedicated menu of mac and cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers and chicken bites!
