The first of its kind, the Olympia Tasting room was designed to offer an intimate behind-the-scenes look at roasting while also sampling our coffee. Have a coffee question? Stop by and ask - we are located right by the Olympia Farmers Market. We have everything you need to be a home brewing expert! We also have a gift shop full of great gifts.
Also at this location is our Roastery and Training Lab which was built in 1998 to accommodate a much needed larger production operation after outgrowing the downtown Olympia location. The roastery is our corporate headquarters, main roasting and production facility for the west coast and serves as a training center for our retail stores and wholesale partners.
