Overview
Sofie's Scoops mission is to bring fresh made gelato, with fresh ingredients, to the heart of downtown. Sofie and Chris set out to make gelato the best way they could- with fresh and local ingredients. They source their milk from Tunawerth Creamery in Tenino, Washington, and pasteurize on site. They love mixing exciting and unique flavors with the classics and rotate them everyday, check Instagram for daily flavors. Everything you take from Sofie's is made on site from scratch. Be sure to try their signature Waffle-ato, a hot Belgium liege waffle topped with some Oly-Fog (black tea with rose petals and vanilla) gelato. Ask about their vegan, dairy-free, and sugar free options!
