Official Prize Rules and Information

1. ELIGIBILITY
Giveaway participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees and board members of Experience Olympia and Beyond (Olympia Lacey Tumwater Visitor and Convention Bureau) and the immediate family or members of their same households of such employees and board members are not eligible.

2. GIVEAWAY DEADLINE
The giveaway period ends on 8/23/2024 at midnight, PT. At the end of this period, there will be a prize drawing.

3. ENTRY
ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON IS PERMITTED. To enter you must electronically complete the required portions of the form by the giveaway deadline. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, or incomplete survey entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic, or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, or service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability.

5. DRAWING
The winners of the drawing will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the sweepstakes deadline. The grand prize drawing will take place by 9/3/2024 and the winner will be notified via email/phone. The grand prize winner must respond to Experience Olympia & Beyond's notification within 2 business days of being contacted in order to remain eligible for the prize. If 2 business days have passed, another grand prize drawing will be completed, and the same rules will apply until fulfilled. Once the grand prize winner has claimed their prize, the remaining two winners will be notified and must respond to Experience Olympia & Beyond's notification within 2 business days of being contacted in order to remain eligible for the prize. If 2 business days have passed, another drawing will be completed, and the same rules will apply until fulfilled.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. No assignment, transfer, or substitution of prize is permitted. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
